PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody material molding which contains a woody material and can be deformed easily. SOLUTION: The woody material molding 1 having the woody material 2 and a covering layer 5 covering at least one side of the molding 1 is provided with at least one woody material part 8 having the woody material 2 and the covering layer 5 and a flexible part 7 which is provided in the woody material part 8 and/or between the woody material parts 8, has the covering layer 5 and/or the woody material 2 as constituents, and makes the molding 1 deformable. The flexible part 7, when it has a deformed form to be applied to the molding 1 securably and stress-convergeably or stress-despersibly, can stably make the molding 1 take a specified form by easily deforming the molding 1.
