PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lift a bag such as a retort pouch loaded on a tray 3a in which many holes are formed on a bottom face by a pin P passing through the holes to transfer it onto a conveyor and to suppress improper conveyance and disturbance of an arrangement condition of the bag to improve conveyance speed. SOLUTION: An unloader for the bag is composed of a pin group 13 which can rise and lower at predetermined timing and advances and backs over predetermined distance, a chuck 55 which advances and backs together with the pin group 13 and grips positioning pieces provided at a predetermined interval on a side wall of the tray 3a when advancing to convey the tray 3a, and a bag receive conveyor 17 whose rear end part has a comb-tooth shape and in which a clearance in which the pin group 13 can enter is formed. A tip of the pin group 13 is below the tray 3a at beginning at a back position, the pin group 13 passes through the holes of the tray 3a, rises to load the bag Ws at the tip, advances, and enters a clearance in a rear end part of the bag receive conveyor, and lowers to leave the bag Ws loaded at the tip on the bag receive conveyor.
