PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal film heater having a flat structure without curves, preventing line breakage due to fatigue, and suppressing deformation during use. SOLUTION: The metal film heater comprises a metal film connected to a power source via a power line, that generates heat from the current supplied by the power source, an insulating water-proof film covering the entire of the metal film, a nonwoven fabric covering the entire of the insulating water-proof film, a covering material covering the entire of the nonwoven fabric, and a control part controlling the current supplied by the power source.
