摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reliability assessment for surely assessing bending of the optical fiber for assessing an optical property and a mechanical property, and to provide a multiple wound optical fiber coil forming device, which improves measuring accuracy by coiling the optical fiber forming a lot of bending while securing a length. SOLUTION: The multiwound optical fiber 5x is formed by rotating an optical fiber winder 5 on which an end of the optical fiber is fixed. The multiwound optical fiber 5x is held between an optical fiber holding part 1a and an optical fiber fixer 3 via a shock absorber 4, and made to be degraded acceleratingly in a prescribed high temperature in a constant temperature constant humidity bath 11, and then an optical loss and a strain are measured in a measuring instrument 12.
