PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic vibration pump capable of reducing the frequency of maintenance work and improving the operability by enhancing dust collecting function. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic vibration pump has a centrifugal dust collector having a cyclone generation part having an intake port for sucking the air to an internal cyclone chamber and an exhaust port for discharging the air therefrom, and a generation part for generating a cyclone effect in the air sucked into the cyclone chamber through the intake port.
