PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling property of a cylinder head and the productivity of the cylinder head, in a cylinder head casted to form a water jacket by a sand core by preventing or suppressing the complication of the shape of the sand core. SOLUTION: The casted cylinder head 2f for water-cooled internal combustion engine has the water jacket Jc formed by use of the sand core. The water jacket Jc is formed between the lower wall 30 and upper wall 33 of the cylinder head 2. The upper wall 33 has a discharge port 63b for discharging the sand in the sand core after casting the cylinder head 2. In order to improve the cooling property of the cylinder head 2, a sealing bolt 72 for blocking the discharge port 63b has a protruding part 73 protruded into the water jacket Jc while forming a gap G1 from the lower wall 30 so as to deflect the flow of cooling water toward the lower wall 30 for forming a combustion chamber 10.
