PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for constructing the edge of a pavement hard to cause a clearance forming a rainwater path between an impermeable pavement layer and the pavement. SOLUTION: In an edge construction member of a pavement arranged at an edge of the pavement section having at least an impermeable pavement layer, a step laid so that the edge of the impermeable pavement layer of the pavement section is superposed from above is provided at the pavement section side.
