PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a large foamed cell in a foamed product by maintaining pressure in a cylinder of the injection molder. SOLUTION: The injection molder 1 is provided with the cylinder 4, and a plasticizing screw 7 is rotatably provided inside the cylinder 4. In the screw 7, a spiral flight 24 for sending out a resin 5 from the base end side of the screw 7 to the tip side thereof is formed on the periphery of a rotating shaft 18 thereof. The injection molder 1 operates in such a manner as to keep the rotation of the screw 7 at a low speed from the completion of plasticization by the screw 7 to the start of injection and from the start of the injection to the completion thereof.
