PURPOSE: A wet type apparatus for sorting construction wastes is provided to make the discharge of suspended solids to be effectively achieved, and to maintain the interior of a catch vessel in a clean condition continuously. CONSTITUTION: The wet type apparatus for sorting construction wastes comprises a catch vessel(1) having an open top surface and installed over two settling tanks(3,4), a suspended solids transfer pipe(26) installed over the water surface of the catch vessel for collecting and transferring suspended solids toward a suspended solids discharge conveyor, a cleaning pipe(20) installed underwater within the catch vessel for injecting water under the water within the catch vessel to clean sludge, and a spiral screw conveyor(16) installed to the bottom side of the catch vessel to be driven by a motor for discharging the sludge.
