<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an organic matter not preservable over a long time to make it harmless from an aspect of environmental sanitation and to preserve it for a long period of time by temporarily stopping the deterioration, rottenness, fermentation and decomposition phenomena of the organic matter, and to facilitate handling such as smooth process-transferring to secondary processing for reutilizing a food material to convert the same to a recycled product, feed, fertilizer or the like, carrying of the food material, processing thereof or the like to enable the recycling of unutilized organic matter. <P>SOLUTION: A heating means 2 for heating the inner peripheral wall surface 7a and bottom surface 7b of a vertical cylindrical reactor chamber 1 is arranged to the reactor chamber 1 and a stirring blade 12, on which a plurality of shearing dispersion type blade bodies 10 capable of shredding, scooping up, spring up and stirring the organic matter are fixed to its shaft, is mounted in the chamber 1 to float and fluidize the organic matter while heating the same. Further, a suction exhaust port 6a is opened to the upper part of a reactor tank 3 and high humidity air containing steam is forcibly discharged to bring the chamber 1 to a negative pressure state not only to perform the heating sterilizing treatment of the organic matter but also the rapid evaporation treatment of moisture to rapidly heat and dry the organic matter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
