PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing vascularization in mammal organization.

SOLUTION: The genetically modified micro organ explant manifests at least one recombinant DNA product, wherein the micro organ explant contains a cell group and keeps a microstructure and a three-dimensional structure of the original organ and has a size selected to minimize death caused by cytotoxicity, excrement accumulation and insufficient nutrient by diffusing sufficient nutrients and gas into cells in the micro organ explant and diffusing cell excrements from the micro organ explant, and some cells of the group of the micro organ explant cell manifest micro organ explant expresses at least one recombinant gene product.
