<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden for credit investigation for a wholesaler in a maker side, and to reduce a damage in business failure of the wholesaler or the like, by setting a system by which a maker and the wholesaler are registered as members, and by intermediating transaction between the maker and the wholesaler by an intermediate company managing the system to guarantee payment to the maker. <P>SOLUTION: A server system for an intermediate company for retrieving merchandize information fit to purchase condition information from a merchandize information database, and for supplying a retrieved result therein to a terminal for the wholesaler, and a server system for a paying agent for checking the propriety of payment from the wholesaler with respect to a trade receivable sold from the intermediate company to the paying agent to treat the payment are provided in electronic commerce using a plurality of maker terminals of the membership system, the server system for the intermediate company connected to the terminal for the wholesaler via a network, and the server system for the paying agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
