<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit with a hose connection port allowing efficient installation and removal, and an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: The indoor unit has the hose connection port 10 to which a ventilating hose is connected, is characterized in that it is provided with the hose connection port 10 such that the exterior wall sections 11b, 12b of the hose connection port 10 are so formed that one of the wall sections 11 has a gradient 11d that decreases from the bottom 11a to the head 11c of its root 11 as seen on an axially cut cross section, and that the other wall section 12 has a gradient 12d that decreases from the bottom 12a to the head 12c of its tip 12 while kept larger than the gradient 11d of the root 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
