PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the efficient production of a resin extruded sheet on which paper is stuck with necessary and sufficient adhesion, which prevents the paper from being peeled during transportation and working, and which has good appearance by virtue of the absence of residual paste on the surface of the sheet after the paper is peeled. SOLUTION: This resin extruded sheet is manufactured as follows: the paste, which is applied to the surface of the paper, is dissolved by being brought into contact with a water-contained roll with a porous layer; and after that, the paper is stuck by being pressure-bonded to the surface of the sheet.
