PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of taking a long time in a conventional system and its method, in which a telephone is connected to a representative telephone number, a company name, an affiliation name and a full name are announced, and further a partner's name to be connected are often called. SOLUTION: A user ID for identifying a person belonging to each organization is given to a name plate. The user ID is inputted or is read out by a read out device which can be added to the telephone. Information, such as an extension telephone number and affiliated department in accordance with the user ID, is set in a DB as a name-plate indicator information storing unit, and the DB information in the telephone exchange system for organization is retrieved with a key of the user ID number so that the extension number corresponding to the user ID number is extracted and connected automatically.
