PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for judging and evaluating the driving technique of a driver by utilizing all function provided in a car navigation system. SOLUTION: All information is collected with all the sensor system equipped in the car and judging and evaluating the driving technique of a driver is arithmetically processed with a program using self-speed, running distance, course change, lane change, etc., which is informed to the driver with a display and voice.
