PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device, wherein an electronic component mounted on a substrate and an electronic component not mounted on a substrate are arranged in a case, excellent in vibration resistance and in heat dissipation. SOLUTION: A case 2 is an aluminum case having a recess 4 for accommodating an electronic component 40 not mounted on a substrate. Inside the recess 4, a resin frame 30, which accommodates the electronic component 40 not mounted on a substrate, is arranged. A metal conductor 50 of the electronic component not mounted on a substrate is inserted into the resin frame 30, and is electrically connected to a circuit board 11 by a metallic foil 52.
