PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive coating, whereby a base material is not damaged by heating, and to provide the conductive coating. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a conductive coating, a coating film containing metallic particulates formed by applying metallic colloid liquid having particles comprising metallic components and organic components as main components to a base material and by drying it is sintered by electrically energizing it.
