PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively increase a water catching function in an organic EL panel. SOLUTION: In this organic EL panel formed by sealing an organic EL element by a sealing can or cap glass, after applying a binder obtained by dispersingγ-Al2O3to the inner surface of the sealing member, it is baked at a prescribed temperature. Thereby, since the water catching member is formed on the inner surface of the sealing member of the organic panel, the water catching function of the organic EL panel is increased with an inexpensive structure, and its display quality is enhanced.
