PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation air-tight structure capable of simply and surely constructing a heat insulation air-tight line on the upper surface of a foundation around the entrance of a house or the like. SOLUTION: The heat insulation air-tight structure 100 is so constituted that a heat insulation air-tight member 10 combining an air-tight member 11 with a heat insulating member 12 is placed on the upper part of the foundation 1, the air-tight member 11 covers an inside edge section of the foundation 1, the lower end section 11b thereof and the inside of the foundation 1 are tightly closed with a waterproof air-tight tape 40, at the same time, the upper end section 11d thereof is held between an internal wall frame holding setting bed 43 and an internal wall frame 3, the heat insulating member 12 is provided between the air-tight member 11 and a framework 2, and air-tight members 20L and 20R for the end are provided to a position on which the air-tight member 11 and an entrance frame 9 are abutted so as to tightly close a gap between the air-tight member 11 and the entrance frame 9. Accordingly, a heat insulation air-tight line is formed from the upper surface of the foundation 1 to the framework 2 and the internal wall frame 3 and, at the same time, air-tightness between the air-tight member 11 and the entrance frame 9 is ensured.
