PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film and a laminated decorative sheet having excellent heat-resistance and boiling water resistance, free from the change of embossed form even by heating at a high temperature and enabling easy and stable extrusion lamination with a hot-melt resin and hot-lamination with a steel plate. SOLUTION: The decorative film contains (A) 10-90 wt.% polybutylene terephthalate resin and (B) 10-90 wt.% copolymerized amorphous polyethylene terephthalate resin produced by using terephthalic acid as the dicarboxylic acid component and 60-90 mol% ethylene glycol and 10-40 mol% neopentyl glycol or neopentyl glycol and diethylene glycol as the glycol component. The laminated decorative sheet is produced by laminating the decorative film to a biaxially drawn polyethylene terephthalate film, a biaxially drawn copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate film or a transparent decorative film by hot lamination or dry lamination.
