PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel excellent in sealability at fitting parts of a vessel body to a lid member. SOLUTION: The vessel comprises a vessel body 10 formed of a foam resin sheet, and a lid member 20 formed of a non-foam resin sheet to be internally fitted to the vessel body 10. A pair of upper and lower annular lid side projecting parts 25a and 25b projecting outwardly are formed on a lid side fitting part 25 out of the fitting parts of the vessel body 10 to the lid member 20. A cylindrical vessel side receiving surface 11a with top parts of the lid side projecting parts 25a and 25b pressed thereagainst is formed on the vessel side fitting part 11. An annular first closed space 30 surrounded by the upper and lower lid side projecting parts 25a and 25b and the vessel side receiving surface 11a is formed between the lid side fitting part 25 and the vessel side fitting part 11 with the lid member 20 internally fitted to the vessel body 10.
