PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve mission for distributing a great number of multibeams to a service area. SOLUTION: This artificial satellite is provided with an input part 120 for inputting predetermined information, a computing part 130 computing its own attitude position from its own to the predetermined target position on the basis of the predetermined information inputted via an antenna 110, and a regulation part 140 turning and regulating its own attitude around the direction from its own to the predetermined position on the basis of its own attitude position computed by the computing part 130.
