METHOD FOR ADJUSTING RAINFALL INFILTRATION IN WASTE DISPOSAL PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply water by natural rainfall always at a proper volume of water into a waste landfill plant while collecting the rainfall. SOLUTION: A waste disposal plant 10 is provided with: an infiltration adjusting layer 16 having a prescribed thickness to cover the top surface of landfill waste 14 and a prescribed permeability coefficient; a rain water storage tank 20 installed on the layer 16; and a final cover soil layer 22 for covering the top of the storage tank 20. Small bores 20c are formed at a suitable aperture ratio on the bottom surface of the storage tank 20 such that the rain water temporarily stored in the storage tank 20 through the soil layer 22 by rainfall is successively infilrated at the prescribed volume of water through the small bores 20c and the layer 16 into the waste 14.
