PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm supporter which allows an inflamed arm to be moved to compress uniformly and widely all the muscles of the inflamed forearm. SOLUTION: This arm supporter comprises a compressing member comprising a plate-like molded body of a rigid material formed into a horizontal shape, and a forearm-winding belt-like winding member made of a non-stretchable cloth and designed to be hooked to both side parts of the compressing member, wherein both sides of the surfaces of the compressing member are furnished with hooking parts detachable to the ends of the forearm-winding belt-like winding member in such a way that the hooking parts may adjust the winding member to be wound around the arm. By forming the compressing member for compressing the muscles of the arm as a platy molded body composed of a hard material having rigidity, the deformation of the compressing member due to prominence of the muscles can be suppressed. The supporter can compress and fix inflamed muscles covering all the lengths. By putting this supporter, the pain originating from inflamed elbow parts and from the adjacent parts can be remitted.
