PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew condensation prevention sheet having excellent hygroscopicity and water absorptivity, which is used by laying under a mat for a kotatsu or under a heating apparatus such as an electric carpet or the like used in the winter, or under a futon so as to absorb moisture from it, and to prevent dew condensation on a floor surface caused by a steep temperature change. SOLUTION: The dew condensation prevention sheet is formed by integrally laminating a staple fiber aggregate containing hygroscopic fiber and water absorptive fiber, and a film having a water-vapor permeability of 100g/m<SP>2</SP>/24 hr or lower.
