PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing bird and animal injury capable of imparting dread to a bird or an animal by simultaneously stimulating auditory sense and visual sense by explosion sound and flash of light. SOLUTION: The tool for preventing the bird and animal injury comprises an electric source part 1 comprising a solar battery or the like, a booster 2 for converting a low voltage from the electric source part 1 to a high voltage, a capacitor part 4 for storing the high voltage electricity from the booster 2, a threatening operation part 3 having a speaker SP for thundering the explosion sound and a xenon lamp KL emitting the flash of the light by using the electric power from the capacitor part 4 as a driving source, and a discharging part 5 starting the threatening operation part 3.
