PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dough dividing machine which is readily maintained by preventing abrasion of a dough pushing-out end face and a dividing block and keeping long-term precision of the end face and the block and with which a running cost is reduced by long-term use of the members. SOLUTION: The dough dividing machine 1 is equipped with a dividing block supporting means 500 to support a dividing block 20 so as to move the dividing block between a dough receiving position P1 and a dough discharging position P2. The dividing block supporting means 500 is constituted to support the dividing block 20 in such a way that the dividing block is positioned and regulated to make the dough shear plane 201 of the dividing block move in the direction approaching/separating from the rough pushing-out end face 101 of a cylinder 14. A gap adjustment means 600 for adjusting and forming a minute gap G of a fixed value is arranged between the dough shear plane 201 and the dough pushing-out end face 101. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
