INK JET PRINT HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic bubble-type ink jet print head which can improve durability and simplify the manufacturing process, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A single photo mask having two or more kinds of light transmittance to simultaneously form a substrate including a resistor for heating ink and an ink supply port, a passage structure such as an ink chamber and an ink supply path, and a nozzle is used to pattern a photoresist in a photolithographic process.
