PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent due condensation from being generated on the inner surface of a lid by heating a heat radiation plate 13 by a lid heater cover 12 which is arranged on the bottom surface of a lid 2 for closing the upper surface of a main body 1, to heat the upper part of a pot 5 by the cover 12, and also to prevent the cover 12 from being deformed owing to an impact, etc. SOLUTION: The lid heater cover 12 is arranged on the bottom surface of the lid 2, so as to be vertically and freely movable through the intervention of an elastic body 18 such as rubber. The outer peripheral part of the lid heater cover 12 is extended to the upper end part of the pot 5, and elastically pressurized by the upper end part of the pot 5 when the lid is closed. Thus, the impact owing to the collision of the lid heater cover with the pot when the lid is closed, etc., is absorbed by the elastic body 18, and heat is uniformly transmitted to the upper part of the pot by a fixed pressure state.
