PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an improvement in washing and rinsing properties by preventing liquid pools from being caused in the portions where the adjacent works are stuck to each other, thereby preventing the carry over of liquid to the next vessel, and realizing an improvement in rinsing properties by preventing the liquid from remaining on the work surfaces and an improvement in washing efficiency by making the pitches of work arrangement narrower. SOLUTION: The placement mechanism of washing tool in which the tool is rotated and inclined on an axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of the works during pulling up in the liquid and the method of washing the sticks are provided.
