PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reed screw type stepping motor which has superior responsiveness and controllability, and which can be initialized accurately. SOLUTION: A rotor 2 is rotatably supported in a stator 1 in which an exciting coil 1A is wound. Female threaded hole 2A is opened at a center of the rotor 2, and a slider 6 is engaged with and disposed in the hole 2A. A slit groove 6C formed in a long hole is opened through the slider 6, and is movably disposed in a guide hole 3B of a case 3. A guide pin 7 is inserted into and disposed in the groove 6C, and both ends of the pin 7 are press fixed to a bearing 3A at which the hole 3B is opened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
