<p>Crystals of 4,6-dimethyl-4'-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]nicotinanilide having an excellent calcium release-dependent calcium channel inhibitory effect and an excellent IL-2 production inhibitory activity are obtained. It is found out that this compound occurs in two crystal polymorphisms both of which are appropriate as starting materials for producing medicinal compositions.</p>
