<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible high-purity expanded graphite sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The impurity content is ≤10 ppm. The flexibility, measured by a flexibility measurement test, is ≥10 times. In the measurement test, a weight of 50 g is attached to the tip of a 10×100 mm high-purity expanded graphite sheet sample and the sample is bent with bending rods 6 mm in diameter; and the flexibility is the maximum number of bendings before the sample is ruptured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
