<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form managing system, an electronic form printing system comprising a printing system, and an electronic form printing method for printing desired form data via a printing system simply by logging in the electronic form managing system. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic form managing system performs the creation processing of form data information including the actual data of electronic forms and form types for transmitting to a printing system according to form creation instruction information from the terminal apparatus of a user via a network, and transmits a print call instruction signal to the printing system. The printing system calls the print form specified by the form type for embedding actual data based on the form data information from the electronic form management system, and creates the print data information.
