<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation for powder compacting which enables to shorten a time required for a degreasing process of a compacted product, and a degreasing method of the compacted product using the formation for powder compacting, in manufacturing a sintered compact which is made by blending and compacting a metal powder etc. and a binder, and through degreasing and sintering, a desired sintered product is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin and an organic compound which are contained in the formation for powder compacting as a binder is combined so that gasification and removal of the organic compound may be completed at the temperature of under the Vicat softening point that the thermoplastic resin has, in the degreasing process of the compacted article using the formation for powder compaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
