<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information processing technology for safely informing data regarding requested items including the personal information of a user and requested items to an insurance agency, etc. according to the communication environment of the agency in the case of informing results of the introduction of the insurance agency, etc. <P>SOLUTION: When the data regarding the requested items are received from a user terminal for the agency selected via agency retrieval processing, a communication mode with the selected agency is decided based on data of the agency preliminarily stored in a storage device and the selected agency is informed of the data regarding the requested item to the selected agency. Thus, information in a proper mode is made possible irrespective of the communication environment of the agency.
