PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable laminated film which has excellent low-temperature shrinkability, rigid and stiff, provided with excellent natural shrinkability or the like and particularly proper balance in quality as for a shrinkable label. SOLUTION: In the heat shrinkable laminated film including at least three layers of laminating front and rear layers and an intermediate layer, resins for constituting the front and rear layers each has a storage elastic modulus (E') at 25°C of 1.5×10<SP>9</SP>Pa or more, and at least one peak temperature of a loss elastic modulus (E") exists in the range of 30-70°C, a resin for constituting a central layer has a storage elastic modulus (E') of 1.0×10<SP>9</SP>Pa or less and at least one peak temperature of a loss elastic modulus (E") exists in the range of -80 to -30°C. The laminated film is obtained by laminating these resins and at least uniaxially stretching the resins in such a manner that the heat shrinkage in a main contracting direction and a tensile elastic modulus measured in a direction perpendicular to the main contracting direction fall within specific ranges.
