摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensing, optical integration and optical redirecting formation for a projection system, a display system or the like, which reduces light loss in an illumination path and performs effective illumination. SOLUTION: An optical integrating element 10 and at least one reflecting element 20 are provided in order to produce high throughput in particular in the condensing, optical integration and optical redirecting formation. The optical integrating element 10 has an optical input surface 10i having an optical incidence hole I and a reflection area 11 outside the optical incidence hole I. In addition, the optical integrating element 10 is provided with a reflection side surface 10s so as to reflect light moving between the optical input surface 10i and an optical output surface 10o. The reflection element 20 is configured so as to reflect at least one portion of redirected primary illumination light RL1 to be returned to the optical integrating element 10, and the light is reflected forward in the reflection area to be collected.
