PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition for hard surface exhibiting high stainproofness and detergency on various kinds of hard surface. SOLUTION: The cleanser composition for hard surface comprises (a) an amine oxide compound having one 10-19C hydrocarbon group and two 1-3C hydrocarbon groups, (b) a 2-8C hydroxycarboxylic acid or an alkali or alkaline earth metal salt thereof, (c) an alkali metal carbonate, (d) ethanol and/or propanol, and water each in specific proportion.
