PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound having an excellent macrophage activity-suppressing function and useful as an immunosuppressant or a preventive and/or a therapeutic agent for inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases or septicemia. SOLUTION: The useful compound is expressed by formula (1) (wherein R1expresses H, a 1-20C alkyl, a 2-20C alkenyl, a 2-20C alkynyl, or the like; R2and R4are the same or different and express each H, a 2-20C alkenyl, a 2-20C alkynyl, or the like; R3expresses a 1-20C alkanoyl, a 3-20C alkenoyl, a 3-20C alkynoyl, or the like; R5expresses H, a halogen, OH, a 1-6C alkoxy, a 2-6C alkenyloxy, a 2-6C alkynyloxy, or the like).
