PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made assembling box which is made into a planar shape when it is carried, can be easily assembled only by sticking one face when it is assembled, is capable of displaying commodities, and is durable. SOLUTION: In the paper-made assembling box 10 wherein a cut 21 connecting one pair of the opposite angles and a straight line fold 22 passing through the other pair of the opposite angles substantially in the 45°direction are formed on the square box bottom 11, and a back board 20 is stuck on a part 30 of the box bottom 11, and a sticking part 32 for sticking the other part of the box bottom 11 separated by the cut 21 with the back board 20 is provided on the box bottom 11 or the back board 20, a placing board 36 consisting of a sheet of a board having a placing part 38 on which a plurality of through-holes 37 for displaying the commodities are formed at the center, is provided. A first leg board part 41 for supporting the placing board 36 at a specified height from the box bottom 11 is foldably provided at the apex part of the placing board 36. A base end part is fixed on a part 13 of a side board provided on the peripheral side of the box bottom 11. A base end of the placing part 38 is foldably provided to the part 13 of the side board.
