PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly house and arrange a secondary battery and a controller in an adjacent state without interfering with each other even if external force works. SOLUTION: The secondary battery 5 is integrated by vertically superposing laterally juxtaposed and longitudinally long bar-shaped secondary battery cells 5a having the same cross-sectional shape, and is housed and arranged in a battery housing part 9, and a controller 7 is housed and arranged in a controller housing part 11, respectively, adjacently and individually in a housing 3 capable of dividing the whole.
