PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint clip capable of preventing backlash, slack, noises and the like and jointing and fixing plate materials with a wide range of thickness by jointing and fixing the plate materials without a clearance between the plate materials even when vibrations are applied due to a high friction force and an elastic force of a soft member. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin joint clip 1 comprises a female member 11 having a tubular barrel part 12 with four split pieces 14 formed enlargeable by four slits 13 formed upwards from a bottom end, and a jaw part 17 extending outwards from a top end outer periphery of the tubular barrel part 12; and a male member 31 having a disc-like head part 32, and a shaft part 33 hung from the bottom face of the head part 32 and pressed into the tubular barrel part 12 for enlarging the four split pieces 14 outwards.
