PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on a scraper or a pulverized material receiving plate even when scraping a large amount of pulverized material. SOLUTION: Raw material 9 is crushed between a crushing table 4 positioned at the center in a lower casing 3 and crushing rollers 5, the pulverized material 9a is dropped onto the ring-like pulverized material receiving plate 3a at the bottom part of the lower casing 3, and scraped with a scraper 10 to be discharged from the discharging port 11 of the receiving plate 3a. The scraper 10 is detachably attached to the outer wall plate 3b of the lower casing 3 with bolts 19. The receiving plate 3a at the bottom of the lower casing 3 is fixed to the crushing table 4 at an inner diameter side, being separated from the outer wall plate 3b. A lid 20 is openably/closably provided to the discharging port 11 so that it automatically opens at the position of the scraper 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
