PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a julienne-cut utensil which cuts onions, Chinese yams, etc., into julienne strips with a single operation without being blocked midway and without cutting them off by an intermediate length. SOLUTION: A plurality of bored frame bodies and wire faces formed by wires stretched at almost equal intervals are formed.
