PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic stethoscope in which convenience is improved by reducing individual differences such as experiences of a diagnostician in the past or physical condition on the day of examination. SOLUTION: In the electronic stethoscope composed of a vibration sensor part for detecting fine vibration of an examinee, an analytic part for analyzing a signal detected by the vibration sensor part into frequency components, a data storage part with disease data recorded thereon, and a search part for extracting candidates of a disease by comparing data of the frequency components outputted from the analytic part with the disease data in the data storage part, an objective diagnosis is thus made possible by a high-speed search in the examination without depending on subjectivity of the diagnostician.
