PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disengagement of a bent inner end part of a spiral spring by engaging the bent inner end part to a groove of a cylindrical inner shaft to thereby cover the groove. SOLUTION: This spiral spring fixing structure is constituted such that the bent inner end part (2) of the spiral spring (1) is engaged into a first groove (5) of the cylindrical inner shaft (4), and the first groove (5) is covered with a first cover member (6), thereby preventing separation of the bent inner end part (2).
