PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic governor engine output monitoring device for hydraulic working machine capable of automatically displaying whether the output torque of an engine is reduced or not to an operator during work. SOLUTION: This electronic governor engine output monitoring device for hydraulic working machine has a means for determining whether a variable displacement hydraulic pump is in a state where its displacement is limited by a torque limiting means or not; a means for determining whether the displacement of the variable displacement hydraulic pump reaches a volume limited by the torque limiting means or not; a means for determining whether both the results of these determination means are established or not; and a means for reading a torque load rate outputted from an electronic governor controller, when the both are established, and calculating and externally outputting the maximum torque or maximum output of an electronic governor engine from this value and a pump torque set in the variable displacement hydraulic pump.
