PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely set a space between anchoring angles to freely detachably attach a post so that the post is fastened by both the anchoring angles at both sides of the post through the bolt. SOLUTION: The embedded bolt 1 is formed to a U-shape to meet a prescribed space of a cloth based fixing hole of the anchoring angles. A U-shaped embedded bolt having a fixed rod 2 is provided in which the fixed rod 2 to be fixed to a reinforcement of the base is fixed to a prescribed position of the U-shaped embedded bolt.
